My kitesurfing trip in Phil's

Last day and last kite session.

This place is very beautiful, the water is particularly clear. But the wind is very irregular because of the mountain on the right. The waves are big but soft. We were in 6m and 8m with many pumping, but it is a good place to retreat when Kingfisher is not practical.

The wind is onshore, the waves are at the edge and the wind is very tight coverage at the edge and on the right spot, because of the mountain. This is a good spot to retreat. We sailed 3 times and it was very nice. It is quite difficult for beginners because the wind is very irregular and delicate to take off because of his leadership.

We sailed on this spot the main part of our time because it is the best of the North of the island. To reach the beach we had to pay $10 per person per day. A little pricey but there is toilets, showers, Beachboy, chairs and of course access to the private beach. It is possible to rent equipment kites, boards and paddles.

Finally, the day after, we managed to take a flight to Kalibo ( a little south of boracay ) a few hours before our original flight . Arrived in Kalibo, Cebu Airlines has established bus route to all the people on Boracay .. Good organization ...

This takes us to Boracay where the wind blows more unfortunately for long. We are there for 10 days and we really want to enjoy the kite up ( ie every day ... ). The next day, always windy, Peter released in kite lesson, while I went to windsurfing . But the wind gradually falls and does not rise before 12 December .. Or 7 days later ... We never bowl.

In brief, the journey well passed and we were conquered by this country. We're looking for wind and waves and we are served.

It's a great destination for confirmed because you can learn a lot, it's somteimes difficult but available for beginners when good conditions are gathered. But it's very hard for those who wish to learn the kitesurf.

It was not easy to reach Boracay in the Philippines.
After our first flight from Manado to Jakarta , we encounter a Quebecois / French that announces a big typhoon named Pablo is now head straight to the Philippines .. Cool, I hope that the pilot of the aircraft will be able to spend ....

The flight went smoothly , but all the flights from Manila to Boracay are canceled. Aye .. We had to spend a few days on Manila then ...

Nightlife in Manila is terrible. We went to a disco where we met those girls, Mae and Cathy. After few drinks they joined to our rooms and I let you know what happened next...
